the reception staff were cute. i asked for a room with a king bed after checking into a room with a queen size bed, and it was promptly arranged. the lounge facilities proved serviceable for making calls. the hotel decor felt very stylish.
there was very little space for luggage placement in the room though, i had to get creative.

the restaurant offered great food options with excellent wines to choose from. i found the employees to be very attentive and provided helpful recommendations throughout my dining experience, very useful.

the cleaning team maintained a very high standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel. i was impressed by the dedication of the staff at all levels, as their considerate and cute demeanor.

the staff was very friendly and gave us great recommendations. i liked places to eat and bars. it was also a plus that it was very centralized and i could walk everywhere. i like this hotel.
we were disappointed with the breakfast situation. we were not allowed to sit in the breakfast room. only if we took the full buffet breakfast. the guest lounge designed was beautifully, but no guests ever used it.
